al-shamiya company was started by a group of four young kuwaities who wanted to start a business together and what better way than to start with a product that is sweet and satisfying..the company started with their famous arabic ice cream booza booza in 2004 then went on to produce their famous choowy goowy cookies in 2005 and finally their newest product, sorbet started this year, 2006.. their products are made from all natural ingredients and also offer non dairy ice cream for those who are lactose intolerant..their cookies are 100% natural and are made with no trans-fat, all ingredients are bought locally in q8, made in q8 by q8i hands..cookies are made to order and arrive fresh from the bakery..choowy goowy also use their famous flavor seal jars so ur cookies stay fresh longer..pop them in the microwave 3 days later and they will taste just as they did the day they were delivered..
